END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Apply, located at İstanbul Ticaret A.Ş. Hakkı Yetişen Caddesi No: 25 Şişli, İstanbul, TURKEY 34400, Turkey ("Licensor"), and the user of the AR Camera Measure Ruler Level ("Licensed Application").
By downloading the Licensed Application from the App Store or any other platform ("Services") and installing the app, you ("User") agree to comply with all terms of this Agreement.
  1. LICENSE GRANT
  2. 1.1 Scope of License: Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Licensed Application solely for personal, non-commercial use on devices running Apple operating systems (iOS or Mac OS).
  3. 1.2 Restrictions: You may not:
  • Modify, distribute, or sublicense the Licensed Application.
  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive source code from, or decrypt the Licensed Application, except to the extent that such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
  1. USER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
  2. 2.1 Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the Licensed Application in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
  3. 2.2 Account Responsibility: If the Licensed Application requires the creation of an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
  4. UPDATES AND SUPPORT
  5. 3.1 Updates: The Licensor may release updates to the Licensed Application, which may include bug fixes, improvements, or new features. The Licensor is under no obligation to provide updates, but when available, updates will be governed by the terms of this Agreement.
  6. 3.2 Support: The Licensor provides support for the Licensed Application through sepetmehmet@icloud.com for any issues related to installation, functionality, or troubleshooting.
  7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
  8. 4.1 Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Application, including intellectual property rights, are owned by the Licensor. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the intellectual property of the Licensed Application, except as specifically provided herein.
  9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
  10. 5.1 No Warranty: The Licensed Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  11. 5.2 Use at Your Own Risk: The use of the Licensed Application is at your sole risk. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Licensed Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
  12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  13. 6.1 Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Licensor’s liability to you for any claim related to the use of the Licensed Application will be limited to the amount you paid for the application.
  14. 6.2 No Liability for Indirect Damages: The Licensor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Licensed Application.
  15. TERMINATION
  16. 7.1 Termination by Licensor: The Licensor may terminate this Agreement if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Application and delete it from your device.
  17. 7.2 Termination by User: You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the Licensed Application from your device.
  18. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
  19. 8.1 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey (jurisdiction).
  20. 8.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey (location).
  21. MISCELLANEOUS
  22. 9.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral, relating to the Licensed Application.
  23. 9.2 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  24. 9.3 Amendments: The Licensor may amend this Agreement at any time by providing you with notice. Continued use of the Licensed Application after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
